So we now have implemented a system called Openfeint which has leaderboards (sorry to the top rankers on the old board :D, but hey now you can try again!), achievements and more! We're both really excited about being a part of the Openfeint community.

There is a new boss in the works, and an ingame store where you can buy various items and upgrades. More news coming soon on that. Also today was supposed to be the announcement for the Indie Game Challenge 2010 finalists but I guess it's been pushed back a bit.

Well, it used to be Santa, but this year cookies and milk won't be enough.

I got home from school and google'd our game to see if there was any buzz and there was! Thanks to all the friends and family who are checking it out and to all the fans that may be into our game!

A big note to anyone interested in our game is there are free updates planned. Epic bosses and events are in the works, as well as some plans for adding to the gameplay. Just stay tuned and we'll deliver!

IGC 2009 and Apple

We finished the pitch video and got everything submitted to Indie Game Challenge 2009. A big thanks to all our friends who have supported us in one way or another. We're also trying to get the game submitted to Apple today for Review, so today is a HUGE milestone for us.

I will upload the pitch video later, guess you can call me a bit shy, as its only viewable on facebook by close friends right now :).

It's been a longer development process than anticipated but we're finally nearly ready to launch our core game! The reason I say core is we plan for multiple updates to expand the game and add new bosses, events and modes, free of charge to those who have bought our game.

A big thanks to everyone who has offered us encouragement to continue making the game despite being in school, working and facing other trials in our life. :)

We also plan to submit our game to the Indie Game Challenge, we figured it's worth it just for the experience and what may come of it.
